Thank you for your interest in joining CRANE. We’re looking for instructors who embody the spirit of CRANE — intentional, empowering, and committed to excellence.


Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • A warm, high-energy presence with a positive and compassionate approach

  • Confidence in leading Reformer Pilates classes of up to 6 clients with clarity and precision

  • A deep understanding of anatomy and Pilates principles, paired with the ability to offer individualized attention in a group setting

  • A refined cueing style that is both clear and motivating

  • Completion of a comprehensive Pilates certification (Reformer, Mat, and Anatomy preferred)

  • Ability to provide valid proof of certification(s)

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching group Reformer Pilates (preferred)

  • A shared commitment to upholding CRANE’s values, standards, and curated studio culture

  • A genuine passion for movement, health, and wellness

  • Local residency with weekend availability for a rotating schedule
